Payment Data: Payment transaction metadata from payment gateway providers (we do not store full card details).
Technical Data: Basic app diagnostics and sync status information to maintain reliability.

To provide access to subscribed courses, subjects, and videos.

To support features such as comments, moderation, and progress tracking.

We use cloud infrastructure (including Firebase services) to store and process app data. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no online system can be guaranteed as 100% secure.

5. User-Generated Content

Comments posted under videos may be visible to other users after approval by authorized moderators (Contributor or Super Admin).

You may update profile details from within the app.
You may request password reset using your registered and verified email.
You may contact us to request account review, correction, or deletion assistance.

7. Children’s Privacy

ExamVolt is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law in your region. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
